Baby and Toddler Classes Lothians

Alison helped us celebrate our little ones first birthday. She was a fantastic help from organising the party beforehand as well as helping us set up in the morning! The party was amazing! Luca loves coming to his weekly music class and it was lovely that we were able to share this with all his friends and family. Alison made everyone feel welcome and her high energy kept everyone entertained and engaged from the youngest at 6 months old to the oldest child at 4 years old. All adults spoke so highly of the party and Alison's clear love for what she does. Lots of the guests at the party hadn't been to Caterpillar Music before and were enquiring about classes in their area too. Thank you for the most amazing party for our little boy!

'Mummy and Daddy said I was having a birthday party - as I was turning 2 I wasn't really sure what that meant. However, when I arrived Alison and her team from Caterpillar Music were there along with all my friends and family . I had a great time, singing, dancing, playing with bubbles and the musical instruments. My mummy said Alison was brilliant helping her set up for the party, making it so easy on the day. She also tied it in to my theme of the very hungry caterpillar. I hope I have another birthday soon as I had so much fun and so did 14 of my friends. I'd recommend the Caterpillar Music party experience to everyone.'

As a very hard to please customer (I joined Caterpillar Music when I was 3 months old and I’m now 15 months old) I absolutely love this class. It makes me smile and clap my hands with joy. Although I find the puppets overwhelming at times - Alison knows this and helps me still engage with them but in a way that makes me feel safe.

This class has taught me about the wonders of music, how to make friends and build my confidence- oh and my mummy and daddy love it too.

We attended the afternoon with Chase and Marshall with our 2 daughters, 3 and 2 and it was amazing. It was the perfect mixture of dancing, music, funky lighting, party games, and toddler fun as well as having a perfectly timed break in the middle and calmer finishing songs and activities. The amount that was packed into the session was fabulous and so well done as nothing felt rushed. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our Sunday.

She had everybody singing and playing along with the musical instruments which were a big hit with everybody – including the adults! "I have dealt with Alison and Graham over the past few months, in arranging my daughter - Amy's - 2nd birthday party. Both very lovely, professional and a pleasure to deal with!
On the day, Simon and Alison were absolutely fantastic! They made the party fun, interactive and stress-free for all involved, and we had 24 children ranging in age from 1-4, along with special needs children. Having advised Alison prior to the party, about our nephew's learning difficulties, she went out of her way to engage him, which worked a treat! this has been the first party he has not only stayed at, but thoroughly enjoyed which has delighted us, as a family. I cannot recommend Alison and her team enough. My daughter and her brother (age 4.5) thoroughly enjoyed the day, which was tailored specifically to all her caterpillar music favourites (she attends classes at nursery). I have received many positive comments from parents who attended also, who were particularly impressed by the way in which Alison and Simon kept all the children's attention throughout and remembered and used their childs name.
We have been so impressed by the whole experience, we have already booked Caterpillar Music to do our son - Adam's - party in June.
