What our franchisees honestly think of running their own Caterpillar Music businesses, and how we at Head Office are performing is so important to us, which is why, every year, they complete an anonymous survey organised by a 3rd party (WorkBuzz).
With their helpful feedback, comments, suggestions and ideas, we are able to adapt and improve on what we do and make it the best it can possibly be for us all.
The comments below came from the most recent survey taken in September 2023. We are proud to say that 100% of our franchisees took part, we scored a resounding 93% franchisee satisfaction and received an additional award for “continuous improvement”.
